The content of this website is provided for general information about our company and services. It does not constitute an offer; prices and scope are only binding once set out in a quote or contract.

The NAACS CREATIVE name and logo, the texts, designs and other content of this website belong to NAACS CREATIVE. Projects shown in the portfolio belong to NAACS CREATIVE or to the clients concerned. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Each engagement (marketing, design, web, software, mobile app or security system installation) is governed by a quote, proposal or contract that sets out the scope, deliverables, timeline, price and payment terms. If that document conflicts with these terms, the signed quote or contract prevails.

• Quotes are valid for the period stated on them.
• Prices are expressed in the currency stated on the quote, with taxes as applicable in Burundi.
• Payment is due according to the schedule in the quote, which may include a deposit before work starts.
• If a payment is late, we may pause work until it is received, after letting you know.

• Provide accurate information, content and approvals in time for the agreed schedule.
• Make sure you hold the rights to the texts, images, logos and other materials you give us.
• Review deliverables and send feedback within the periods agreed in the quote.

Once a project is paid in full, the rights to the final deliverables transfer to the client as set out in the quote or contract. NAACS CREATIVE keeps the rights to preliminary concepts that were not selected, and to its own tools, methods and pre-existing code.

Unless confidentiality has been agreed in writing, we may show completed work in our portfolio and communications.

Some projects rely on third-party services or products, such as hosting, domain names, app stores, payment providers, or cameras and security equipment. These are subject to their providers' own terms and warranties, and NAACS CREATIVE is not responsible for their outages or changes.

We work with care, but we cannot guarantee that the website will always be available or free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, NAACS CREATIVE is not liable for indirect losses, such as loss of profit or data, and our total liability for a project is limited to the amount paid for that project.

This website contains links to other websites, such as our social media pages and NaacsCo. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Burundi. In case of a dispute, we will first look for an amicable solution; failing that, the competent courts of Bujumbura will have jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Quotes and contracts already signed remain governed by the version in force when they were signed.
