We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this website.

• Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), subject and message.
• Newsletter: your email address, your name if you give it, and the page where you subscribed.
• Direct exchanges: the information you share when you email, call or message us, or when we work together on a project.
• Technical data: our hosting provider records basic server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to operate and secure the website.

• To reply to your messages and prepare quotes (at your request).
• To send you our newsletter (with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
• To deliver the services agreed with our clients (contract).
• To keep the website secure and working (legitimate interest).
• To meet our accounting, tax and other legal obligations in Burundi.

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run this website, and only for that purpose:

• Vercel — website hosting.
• Our email delivery provider (such as Resend) — to forward contact form messages to our team.
• Supabase — database that stores newsletter subscriptions.
• Google — the map on our contact page is provided by Google Maps; Google may collect data when the map loads, under its own privacy policy.
• Public authorities — only when the law requires it.

Some of these providers store data on servers outside Burundi, for example in the European Union or the United States. We choose providers that apply recognised security measures to protect it.

• Contact requests: as long as needed to answer and follow up, and no more than 2 years if no project follows.
• Client records: for the duration of our work together, then for the period required by accounting and tax law.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
• Server logs: for the short period set by our hosting provider.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent at any time. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter whenever you wish. Send your request to contact@naacs-creative.com; we will reply within 30 days.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access restricted to the people who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

This website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this policy, for example when we add a new service or provider. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
